The Scouts First Backpacking trip

This past weekend we took the Troop on a small backpacking trip at the Anderson's. Since most of them had never been backpacking we kept it to two miles, and it is all flat around here. We had a great time, and had a lot of great learning experiences, such as just how heavy is water, and what is it like when you don't bring enough. Here's some of the photos:
